Joined the Colorado Cowboy Gathering for a performance at the Buffalo Rose and it was a great venue! We had a seat at one of our he high top tables near the middle of the venue and visibility to the stage was great. Sound management also seemed to be good. There is table service for drinks and food; we can't comment on food yet drinks were good and relatively reasonably priced. Service was friendly. We enjoyed the event we attended here; our only comment is that the venue could have been a bit warmer. Yet to be fair, out side temps were hovering around 0F, so certainly it was much warmer inside than out!

Good live music and such fast service but their restaurant atmosphere isn't designed for live music appreciation for long. I came here mostly for the ambiance of dinner with live music. They said the music started at 7 so that's when we made a reservation. Unfortunately it didn't start until 7:30 or so and we were almost done eating by then and felt pressured to leave. The food and service was good though! The burrito bowl and veggie tacos are the same price but the veggie tacos are way less food so for GF vegetarian folks like me I would recommend the burrito bowl. We also got the crème brûlée which was great!!! All these items came out within 5 minutes or less of ordering which is honestly magical but it really shortened the experience. Our server was great and my complaint feels like an anti complaint for most people, just if you care about the music come later then they say it will start and eat realllllyyyy slow :).

I visited the Buffalo Rose the other night with family from out of town. I think it's a great place to bring out of town guests. It's got a super cool vibe and it's in a historic building. It's the kind of place that visitors can think this is Colorado. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice. It was really impressive actually and the food didn't knock anyone socks off. It was a good enough experience that it didn't really matter and I would absolutely go back.

Convenient to combine dinner and a show in one night. The restaurant side of the business is well laid out, part indoors, part outdoors. The patio is great for people watching and the food is decently proportional. The burgers are the usje fare but the street tacos were flavorful and warm but not too hot (spicy). Be prepared for the automatically added kitchen tip (under $2.00). Dinner and drinks for 2 was just under $120. The concert hall side of the house is really nice. Buffalo Rose has come a long way in terms of setup as 90% of the venue is seating and the area well maintained. Mezzanine is all rail seating and has a nice view. Perfect for folks who cannot stand for a whole show. GA is standing in front of the stage (the sound is perfectly loud!) while reserved tables just behind. On shows with a strong attendance, I would suggest not taking front row VIP tables. The crowd *may* obstruct the view and your table becomes a dumping ground for people's empty beer glasses and water bottles. Some people may even try and make theirselves comfy at your table top (in which they should know better considering these are expensive!)

Felt the food, ambiance and vibe was spot on. Loved the fun paper menus that make you step back in time and then the fun and amazing menu choices. We had the poutine fries, burrata salad with chicken and then cinnamon roll bread pudding. I loved the salad. The burrata was fresh, veggies crisp and the balsamic hit just right. Then add the chicken and toasted bread it is a party in every bite. I would likely never leave this place without the bread pudding in my belly. It was warm and served with a healthy scoop of ice cream making for a delightful taste.
